About Marla Teyolia

Marla Teyolia, M.S., is a seasoned transformational coach and personal guide with over two decades of experience serving executives, activists, artists, and change-makers. With a profound understanding of holistic coaching, Marla empowers individuals and teams to fully assess their thought patterns, behaviors, and work strategies, making lasting impact in their both their personal and professional domains.

Marla’s magic is in ability to unlock individual power and voice while dismantling limiting mindsets. She specializes in executive presence development, enhances communication skills, navigating career growth , and orchestrating team expansion–all while identifying core values and preserving personal authenticity. She uses a Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) framework, leveraging neuroscience and language to cultivate the highest levels of trust, fueling growth, innovation, and the capacity for navigating difficult conversations. Drawing on decades of experience, Marla seamlessly integrates mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices to aid clients in building resiliency while embodying their best selves to the workplace.

Marla’s journey started in the early 90’s, working in the field of domestic violence. Her initial experience involved facilitating women’s group at a shelter, witnessing survivors who had risked everything–homes, possessions, , and safety–to carve out new lives for themselves and their children. This formative experience reinforced her belief in sustainable transformation, achieved through comprehensive support that nurtures individuals while releasing limiting factors that hinder personal growth. Marla’s core belief: Transformation thrives when it becomes an integral part of one’s being, encompassing the holistic journey towards realizing one’s fullest potential.

Marla holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, where she also served as a diversity trainer for incoming students. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude. Marla’s extensive clientele includes executives, teams, and individuals from renowned organization such as at Facebook, McDermott, Will & Emory, Columbia University, Bard College, Mount Holyoke College, Southern Methodist University, MTV, NYC Department of Education, C. Moore Media International Public Relations, and the Youth Development Institute, among numerous others. Marla is a Certified Empowerment Workshop Facilitator and a registered yoga teacher.

With a background in public relations, digital marketing, and virtual administration, Briana has over 10+ years of experience in helping clients build their businesses across the digital landscape. User her determination for telling the stories they way they deserve to be told, Briana has helped numerous brands fulfill their greatest potential through diving deep into their overall vision. Briana continues to work tirelessly to ignite the passion, enhance the vision and elevate the potential that is rooted behind each client to captivate their desired audience and launch meaningful products.

With proven experience in working within the healthcare, non-profit, fashion, luxury, health & wellness, sports and tech industries, Briana uses her well-rounded background to ideate new ways to cater to various brands’ methods of storytelling, digital productivity and engagement. When she’s not lending her services to those who need it most, she’s frequently contributing to digital publications where she can exercise her passion for fashion and her love for writing.

About Bethany Fraser

Business Development Consultant
Bethany Fraser (she/her) is an Advocate, Author, Founder, Marketer, and Speaker with over 20 years of professional experience in various corporate marketing and sales roles Bethany took a leap of faith and turned her talents, passions and commitment to community into her own business. Twenty 1 Media Group (21MG), a certified minority-owned, women-owned marketing agency, specializes in support for small and medium size organizations. Her talent lies in developing marketing and business development strategy and tactical planning to elevate their brands, identify new prospects, and create new business opportunities. Bethany has secured media placements across major media publications including LA Times, CBS, Rolling Stones, Fast Company, Al Jazeera, and Yahoo News, to name a few.

In addition to serving clients, Bethany manages her own purposeful passion projects. In 2022, Bethany launched Otito, an online jewelry and home decor boutique that started as a hobby over 20 years ago. The brand name, Otito, means truth in Yoruba and pays homage to Bethany’s western African roots – the hidden part, which as an adoptee, was uncovered only after decades of searching. As a result of her lived experiences, she is an outspoken advocate and counselor for people within the adoption/foster constellation and for families impacted by incarceration. One of Bethany’s key advocacy accomplishments to keep families with incarcerated loved ones connected, resulted in changing policy on the predatory private prison phone industry. She is a sought after thought leader on the topic of Ancestry & Adoption, The Search for Identity & Belonging, Being Mixed in America, Finding Family & Forgiveness, and The Adoption Experience. She is also a contributing author at The Inclusion Solution, and recently penned an essay about her adoption journey and search of belonging and identity.

Bethany received her undergraduate degree in communications at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and completed her graduate program at American University in Washington, D.C. Nicole majored in Fashion Design but after her first job in fashion in 2012 she discovered her love for coding, and taught herself to build websites. She has been a full-time web and graphic designer since 2017.
